Wingstop – Vibe Restaurants in Knoxville, TN seeks a Co-Manager to support daily restaurant operations reporting to the General Manager. You'll lead by example to ensure top-quality food, fast service, accuracy, and cleanliness.

You'll train and coach team members, help screen applicants, manage daily labor and costs, and ensure guest satisfaction. This fast-paced role requires 18+ and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS diploma or equivalent recommended.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in food service recommended.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, delegate, and solve problems.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead Shift Operations: hands-on management, daily checklists, cash handling, guest interactions.
• Drive Performance: ensure SOPs, maintain urgency to improve speed of service.
• Support Team Development: train and coach staff, provide feedback, assist recruiting.
• Monitor labor, sales, and food costs on a daily basis.
