Job summary

Wingstop – Vibe Restaurants is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations. You will lead shift operations, ensuring food quality, speed, accuracy, and cleanliness while reporting to the General Manager.

You will drive performance by enforcing SOPs, managing labor and costs, and delivering guest satisfaction. You’ll train staff, provide feedback, and participate in recruiting to build a strong team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in food service preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential.
• Knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel

Responsibilities

• Lead Shift Operations: hands‑on manager, complete daily checklists, handle cash, manage guest interactions.
• Drive Performance: ensure SOPs are followed, maintain urgency to increase speed of service, monitor labor, sales, and food costs.
• Support Team Development: train and coach team members, provide feedback, assist with recruiting process
