Job summary

Wingstop – Vibe Restaurants in Muskogee, OK, seeks an Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations under the General Manager.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent recommended.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in food service recommended.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills; ability to prioritize, delegate and solve problems.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead Shift Operations: You'll be a hands-on manager, completing daily checklists, handling cash, and managing guest interactions.
• Drive Performance: You'll ensure SOPs are followed and monitor labor, sales, and food costs.
• Support Team Development: You'll train and coach team members and assist with recruiting processes.
