Job summary

Wingstop – Vibe Restaurants is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the daily operations of our restaurant in McAlester. You will report to the General Manager and lead the team to uphold food quality, speed, accuracy, and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent recommended.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in food service recommended.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills; ability to prioritize, delegate, and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead Shift Operations: act as a hands-on manager, complete daily checklists, handle cash, and manage guest interactions.
• Drive Performance: ensure SOPs are followed, maintain urgency to increase speed of service, and monitor daily labor, sales, and food costs.
• Support Team Development: train and coach team members, provide feedback, and screen applicants during recruitment.
