Job summary

Wingstop – Vibe Restaurants in Tulsa is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the daily operations of our restaurant. This hands-on leader will report to the General Manager and help ensure food quality, speed, accuracy, and cleanliness across the team.

You will Lead Shift Operations, drive performance by following SOPs, monitor labor, sales, and costs, and support team development through coaching and feedback.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent recommended.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in food service recommended.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills; ability to prioritize, delegate, and solve problems.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead Shift Operations: hands-on manager, complete daily checklists, handle cash, and manage guest interactions.
• Drive Performance: ensure SOPs are followed, maintain urgency to increase speed, monitor labor, sales and costs.
• Support Team Development: train and coach team members, provide feedback, support accountability, assist with recruiting.
