Job summary

Wingstop is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations. You will report to the General Manager and lead the shift team to ensure top food quality, speed, accuracy, and cleanliness.

You will drive performance by following SOPs, optimizing labor, sales, and food costs, and supervising guest interactions. You will train and coach team members and assist with recruiting efforts to build a strong crew.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent recommended.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience in food service recommended.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills; ability to prioritize, delegate, and solve problems.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations and complete daily checklists, manage cash and guest interactions.
• Drive performance by ensuring SOPs are followed and improving service speed.
