• Assist with P&L management by following cash control procedures, maintaining inventory and labor.
• Ensure all employees receive proper training and resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations in the GM's absence.
• Model MIC Success Routine and prioritize customer needs.
• Oversee adherence to Shift Excellence, food safety standards and Core excellence.
• Collaborate with the GM to assess team performance and provide feedback.
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members while promoting equity and belonging.
• Assist with cash controls, inventory, labor management and financial reports.
