Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager for a Taco Bell franchise in Utica, NY. You will support the General Manager by leading shifts, upholding brand standards, and guiding team members to deliver quality service.

You will manage duties, inventory, and financial accountability while ensuring a safe environment for staff and guests. Experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Basic computer literacy is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic business math and accounting skills with strong analytical/decision-making ability.
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs and stand for 80% of shift.

Responsibilities

• Run shifts and uphold Taco Bell standards.
• Ensure Team Members and Shift Managers complete duties.
• Oversee inventory management and financial accountability.
• Serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner.
• Maintain a safe work environment for staff and customers.
