This role requires 5 years in restaurant or retail management, strong P&L analysis skills, and proficiency with digital tools. You’ll drive scheduling, budget oversight, and continuous improvement, while upholding health and safety

• Proven ability to improve performance based on P&L analysis.
• Proficient with digital tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and orient top Team Members and shift leaders.
• Develop a comprehensive training plan and mentor managers and trainers.
• Recognize and reward outstanding performance and foster inclusion.
• Address conflicts promptly and maintain a positive work environment.
• Engage with customers and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Strategically schedule staff and lead CHAMPS standards training.
• Analyze financial performance, manage the budget, and improve profitability.
• Monitor competitors and enhance digital presence and loyalty programs.
