Taco Bell Corp. is seeking an Assistant General Manager to uphold brand standards, coach and train the team, and drive daily restaurant operations in the GM's absence.

You will lead by example, manage P&L aspects, and ensure outstanding customer experiences while maintaining strong food safety and performance standards. The role emphasizes leadership, talent recruitment, and maintaining Taco Bell's culture of equity and belonging.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management by following cash control procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, and reviewing financial reports.
• Ensure all employees receive proper training and resources.
• Champion Taco Bell's culture and values, promoting equity, inclusion, and belonging in the restaurant.
• Lead efforts in recognizing individuals and teams, collaborating, and motivating staff; assist GM with hiring.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations in GM's absence and drive the team toward excellence.
• Model MIC Success Routine and prioritize customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee adherence to Shift Excellence, food safety, and Core standards.
• Collaborate with GM on performance assessments and addressing employee relations issues.
• Sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Team Members while promoting equity and belonging.
• Review financial reports and take actions to optimize performance.
