The role involves a 50-hour work week with a mix of regular and overtime pay, bonus potential, and comprehensive benefits. Experience in restaurant management and strong leadership are essential for success.

Competenze

• 5 years in restaurant or retail management with a strong track record in people management.
• Proven ability to improve performance based on P&L analysis.
• Proficient with digital tools and platforms.
• Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal.

• Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for Team Members and Shift Leads.
• Develop a comprehensive training plan and mentor managers and trainers.
