Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months of restaurant management experience (QSR) or one year of entry-level retail management experience.
• Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Effective communication, basic math, reading and computer skills.
• Ability to multi-task and solve problems; follow directions with autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in managing drive-in operations.
• Train and support Team Members, Carhops and Skating Carhops to ensure quality food and service.
• Direct and assign staff to meet all food-service standards.
• Perform restaurant opening and/or closing duties.
• Monitor staffing, inventory, and food cost; complete weekly inventory.
• Handle administrative duties and maintain records and documentation.
• Foster a customer-service mindset and respond promptly to guest requests.
