Qualifications

• Prior management experience in restaurant or retail preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with hiring, training, managing, supervising, directing, and developing staff.
• Demonstrate a fair, firm, fun leadership approach and lead by example.
• Assist with managing a profit and loss statement to exceed expectations weekly, monthly, and yearly.
• Resolve employee concerns promptly and thoughtfully.
• Coach for better performance and celebrate team successes.
• Set expectations and provide clear, continuous feedback.
• Create an upbeat, positive atmosphere during shifts and make work fun.
• Explain the big picture and the reasons behind tasks to staff.
• Use metrics to evaluate Drive-In performance and implement improvements.
• Maintain SONIC safety and sanitation standards and comply with laws.
