Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct daily restaurant operations in support of the RGM and company standards.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and coaching top talent across shifts.
• Supervise shifts to ensure customer service, food safety, and cleanliness.
• Monitor sales, labor, inventory, and controllables; take corrective action for margins.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements; collaborate with HR on employee relations.
