Job summary

Hardee's Restaurants, LLC in Franklin, TN is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to assist the Restaurant General Manager in directing daily operations, maintaining brand standards, and delivering exceptional customer service across all shifts.

The AGM will help select, train, and coach team members, manage schedules, inventory, and safety, and drive profitability by achieving people, customer, sales, and profit targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma / GED required; associate degree or higher preferred.
• Minimum of two years experience in restaurant operations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, and weekends.
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and ability to travel between locations.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Developing talent and accountability in team members.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate core values while assisting the RGM in building high performing teams.
• Execute performance management processes to develop staff.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements and HR coordination.
• Supervise shifts and monitor operations across positions including customer service and food safety.
• Assist in creating schedules and inventory orders.
• Analyze sales, labor, and controllables to drive margins and sales growth.
• Provide effective communication with all stakeholders.
