Job summary

You will supervise staff, monitor cost, revenue, labor and inventory, ensure food quality, and maintain compliance with company, brand and regulatory standards. Strong leadership, communication, and the ability to read P&L and sales reports are essential to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in restaurant/food service with 2 years of leadership experience.
• Must obtain alcohol awareness and/or ServSafe Food Safety certification.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations and ability to read P&L and sales reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day unit operations focusing on cost, revenue, labor, and inventory control.
• Supervise unit employees, assign duties, ensure cleanliness and maintenance.
• Monitor quality control records and enforce safety policies.
• Ensure compliance with company, brand, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance on equipment maintenance and replacement.
• Recruit, promote and train associates; conduct performance reviews.
• Follow safe food handling and hygiene practices.
• Communicate effectively to maintain positive associate relations.
