Job summary

RA Sushi Holding Corp. is seeking a capable restaurant manager to oversee overall operations, including customer service, financials, and food and beverage quality. The role directs staff, ensures safety standards, and coordinates planning and scheduling to meet sales and profitability goals.

The position requires leadership experience in a restaurant setting, knowledge of food safety practices, budgeting, and staff development to drive continuous improvement and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Two (2) to three (3) years of restaurant management experience or equivalent in a Benihana-style operation.
• High School Diploma or GED required; ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant and make final decisions on guest service issues.
• Investigate and resolve food quality and service complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed in dining rooms, kitchens, and storage areas.
• Supervise cleaning and maintenance of equipment and coordinate repairs and services.
• Plan and approve scheduling for all restaurant departments and maintain organizational paperwork.
• Develop and execute marketing, advertising, and promotional activities and campaigns.
