Job summary

RA Sushi Holding Corp. is seeking a Sushi Roller to prepare sauces and sushi items for guests at the sushi bar, delivering a fun, inviting experience. You will monitor portions, maintain cleanliness of the sushi bar, and ensure compliance with food safety standards during service.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, preparing various meats and seafood items, and reporting issues to the head sushi chef while supporting the team during shifts.

Qualifications

• Must pass the sushi chef training program.
• Previous sushi chef experience highly desirable.
• Culinary degree a plus.
• Approved food handling training as required by local laws.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests at the sushi bar and provides a welcoming experience.
• Prepares sauces and sushi items following recipes and guidelines.
• Assists with portioning, cutting, and plating; maintains cleanliness.
• Maintains sanitation and proper food handling per policies.
• Reports equipment or supply issues to the head sushi chef.
• Participates in busy service periods and supports team.
