Responsibilities

• Oversee all areas of the restaurant and make final guest service decisions.
• Investigate and resolve food quality and service complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Inspect dining and kitchen areas for health and safety compliance.
• Supervise cleaning, maintenance, and repairs of equipment.
• Plan and approve scheduling for all departments.
• Assist in marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.
