Job summary

RA Sushi Holding Corp. is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee all restaurant operations in a Florida location. The role requires driving guest satisfaction, financial performance, food and beverage quality, and safety compliance.

You will lead planning, training, and scheduling across departments, manage inventories, and implement marketing initiatives while ensuring adherence to company policies and local regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel for reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant and make final decisions on guest service issues.
• Investigate and resolve food quality and service complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Inspect dining room, kitchen, and storage areas to ensure health and safety compliance.
• Supervise cleaning and maintenance of equipment and arrange for repairs.
• Maintain restaurant image, cleanliness, uniforms, and appearance standards.
• Ensure safety practices for employees and guests and proper emergency procedures.
• Plan, coordinate, and approve scheduling of all restaurant departments.
• Prepare forms, reports, and schedules in an organized and timely manner.
• Assist in developing and executing restaurant marketing and promotional activities.
• Follow federal, state, and local laws as outlined in policies.
