Job summary

Torchy’s is seeking a Managing Partner (Restaurant GM) to lead operations, build high-performing teams, and drive profitability. You will recruit, train, and develop Managers and Staff, oversee weekly schedules, inventories, and budgets, and act as the liaison with vendors and HQ.

A strong background in casual dining and scratch kitchens is valued. Qualified candidates have 5+ years as GM or higher, hold state alcohol-server and ServSafe Manager certifications, and are ready to champion a Damn

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience as a General Manager or above.
State alcohol-server and ServSafe certifications required.
Hands-on FOH and BOH leadership with scratch kitchen exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

Build strong teams by sourcing, interviewing, and hiring Managers and Team Members.
Ensure successful and profitable restaurant operations.
Direct Management Team; set weekly schedules and responsibilities.
Plan, prepare, and oversee inventories and budgets monthly and yearly.
Manage weekly and monthly P&L and verify training standards.
Oversee restaurant cleanliness and assess food safety procedures.
Develop Team Members and Managers through training on policies and practices.
Coordinate with vendors and HQ contacts; attend regional meetings.
