Torchy’s in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Managing Partner (Restaurant GM) who wants to invest in their future and build wealth for family and community. You will lead and develop a high-performing team, oversee front and back-of-house operations, and partner with HQ to drive growth.

You’ll manage weekly schedules, budgets, P&L, and training standards, ensure food safety, and maintain guest satisfaction. Requires 5+ years as GM or higher, ServSafe Manager and state alcohol-server certs, casual-dining

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a General Manager or above.
• Must hold state alcohol-server and ServSafe Manager certifications.
• Full Casual Dining experience; hands-on FOH and BOH.
• Scratch kitchen experience is a big advantage.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand/walk long periods.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsabilités

• Build and lead teams by networking, interviewing, and hiring Managers and Team Members.
• Ensure profitable restaurant operations and adherence to standards.
• Direct the Management Team with weekly schedules and responsibilities.
• Oversee inventories, budgets, and weekly/monthly/annual planning.
• Manage weekly and monthly P&L and safety training.
• Maintain cleanliness and train staff on policies and practices.
• Develop team members and managers through ongoing training.
• Ensure safe food handling procedures and vendorHQ liaison.
• Attend regional meetings and coordinate with HQ.
