Boddie-Noell Enterprises is hiring a Restaurant Manager for Hardee’s to operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager, driving sales growth while upholding quality, service and cleanliness standards.

You will recruit and schedule staff, train crew, manage labor costs, and maintain inventory with a focus on profitability and guest satisfaction. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring weekend availability and a strong team approach.

Qualifications

• 2 years of management experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to lead, recognize and train successful talent.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
• Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant based on company standards and in compliance with regulations.
• Schedule sufficient staff and manage labor costs.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of the Senior/General Manager.
• Maintain relationships with management and crew; provide coaching and discipline as warranted.
• Conduct meetings to discuss procedures, promotions, safety, and training.
• Maintain inventory and control costs to meet the company standard.
• Maintain reports and records per company standards and regulations.
• Oversee building and equipment maintenance and safety procedures.
• Ensure cash procedures are followed and accurate.
• Uphold professional appearance and company policies.
