Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Manager for Hardee's to operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager, delivering quality food and service while pursuing profitability.

You will hire, train, and coach staff, schedule shifts, and manage labor, inventory and cash handling in a fast-paced environment. Our team-focused leadership approach emphasizes hands-on guidance, guest satisfaction, safety compliance, and maintaining partnership with the management

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to lead, recognize and train successful talent.
• 2 years of management experience.
• Available to work all shifts and weekends.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Strong conflict-resolution skills.
• Consistent and reliable with a cheerful attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
• Loves serving and helping others.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant per company standards and regulations.
• Schedule sufficient staff to handle guest flow.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standards.
• Train and develop crew under the Senior/General Manager.
• Maintain a cooperative working relationship with management and crew.
• Provide coaching, counseling and discipline as warranted.
• Lead crew and management meetings as needed.
• Maintain sufficient supplies to operate the restaurant.
• Control inventory to meet food-cost variance standards.
• Maintain reports and records per company standards and regulations.
• Maintain building and equipment with proper operating, cleaning and maintenance procedures.
• Ensure cash handling procedures are followed.
• Ensure professional appearance and conduct at all times.
• Adhere to HR, sanitation, safety and security policies.
