Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc., an independent Hardee’s franchisee, is seeking a Restaurant Manager to operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager. You will lead team members, ensure quality, service, safety, and profitability while maintaining cost controls on labor and food costs.

You will interview and hire, schedule, train, and coach staff, and uphold company standards in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and leadership are required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of management experience.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lead, recognize and train talent.
• Available for all shifts and weekends.
• Valid Driver’s License
• Pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant.
• Schedule staff to meet guest demand and control labor costs.
• Train and develop crew under supervision.
• Maintain positive relationships with management and crew.
• Lead meetings and communicate procedures, promotions, safety and training.
