Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Restaurant Manager for our Hardee’s location. You will operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager, lead a team, and ensure high standards of service, quality, and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2 years of management experience.
• Able to pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant based on company standards and in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Schedule sufficient staff to operate the restaurant and accommodate guest flow; manage labor costs to meet company standards.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of the Senior/General Manager.
• Maintain an cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management and crew; provide coaching as warranted.
• Conduct crew and management team meetings to discuss operation procedures and trainings.
• Maintain inventory and cost controls to meet company food cost variances.
