Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. seeks a Restaurant Manager for Hardee's to lead the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager, driving sales while upholding quality, service and cleanliness. You will coach crew, manage staffing, and ensure profitability with a hands-on leadership style.

Responsibilities include hiring, scheduling, labor control, training, safety compliance, and maintaining brand standards. This role offers weekly pay and benefits as part of the team-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lead, recognize and train successful talent.
• Available to work all shifts and weekends.
• Pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Strong conflict-resolution skills.
• Cheerful and positive attitude; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant per company standards.
• Schedule sufficient staff to meet guest flow.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standards.
• Train and develop crew under the Senior/General Manager.
• Maintain cooperative working relationships with management and crew.
• Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted.
• Conduct crew and management meetings to discuss procedures, promotions, safety and training.
• Maintain inventory and supply levels; ensure cash procedures are followed.
• Maintain a safe, compliant environment per HR, sanitation, safety policies.
