Out West Restaurant Group is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily FOH/BOH operations in our Albuquerque area locations. This role offers an extensive Manager in Training (MIT) program to accelerate career growth and leadership development, with a competitive base salary and quarterly bonus opportunities.

The position emphasizes guest experience, team leadership, and efficient cost control while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ management experience in a restaurant.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work in hot/cold environments.
• Willing to travel to other regional locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to daily FOH/BOH operations.
• Leads a team, provides mentorship, and maintains a positive work environment.
• Manages labor, and food & beverage costs through ordering and inventory.
• Ensures customer satisfaction and service standards.
• Drives sales and marketing to grow the business.
• Recruits talent for future openings.
• Complies with safety, sanitation, and food handling standards.
• Ensures high-quality plate presentations and spotless restaurant condition.
