Out West Restaurant Group in California is hiring a Restaurant Manager for the Outback Steakhouse brand. Under limited supervision, you will oversee daily operations of FOH/BOH, uphold brand standards, lead a diverse team, and drive guest experience.

MIT program included to prepare you for senior leadership. The role requires 2+ years of restaurant management, strong English communication, ability to lift 30 lbs, willingness to travel between nearby locations, and completion of California

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Proven leadership track record.
• Willing to work at other locations in the region.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• California Beverage Service Certification required (within 60 days).

Responsibilities

• Oversee FOH & BOH operations daily.
• Lead and mentor a team, create a positive work environment.
• Optimize labor, and food & beverage costs through ordering and inventory.
• Improve customer satisfaction and service standards.
• Drive sales and marketing to grow the business.
• Recruit new talent for future openings.
• Ensure safe food handling and sanitation.
