Out West Restaurant Group is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations for FOH and BOH, with an extensive MIT program guiding career growth. You’ll partner with leadership to ensure outstanding guest experiences and strong team performance, while maintaining standards and profitability.

As a key leader, you’ll mentor staff, optimize labor and costs, and drive sales growth. This role requires flexibility to work across regional sites and a focus on safety and quality in all restaurant

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead a large team and drive customer satisfaction.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Flexible to work at other regional locations when needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of FOH/BOH with supervision.
