Out West Restaurant Group in California is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily FOH/BOH operations, lead a team, and drive guest satisfaction while upholding brand standards. This role includes participation in a Manager in Training program and competitive benefits within the largest Outback Steakhouse franchisee in the United States. Qualifications
2+ years of management experience in a restaurant with large teams.
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
Highly proficient in English verbal, reading & writing communication skills.
Ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 lbs.
California beverage service certifications required within training period (60 days).
Responsibilities
Leads FOH & BOH operations and mentors staff.
Optimizes labor and food & beverage costs through proper ordering and inventory controls.
Increases customer satisfaction by maintaining service standards.
Drives sales and marketing for the restaurant.
Recruits talent for future staff openings.
Maintains safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards at all times.
