You will manage a team, uphold company standards, and drive profitability through smart labor and inventory practices while maintaining food safety and quality across shifts. MIT-style training is offered and growth opportunities abound within the Outback franchise.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience (2+ years) in a restaurant with large teams.
• Demonstrated success in a leadership role.
• Flexible to work at other locations in the region.
• You must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
• Highly proficient in English verbal, reading & writing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily FOH/BOH operations and uphold company standards.
• Lead a team, mentor staff, and maintain a positive work environment.
