Out West Restaurant Group, the largest Outback Steakhouse franchisee in the United States, seeks a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily FOH/BOH operations in California. You’ll lead a team, mentor staff, manage costs, and ensure safety, food quality, and service standards.

This role includes an MIT-style training pathway, opportunities for advancement, a strong focus on work-life balance, and a hospitable culture that values leadership and effort. Must be 21+ and fluent in English.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience (2+ years) in a restaurant environment.
• Demonstrated success in a leadership role.
• Flexible to work at other locations in the region when needed.
• Minimum age 21 and strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to the success of the restaurant’s operations: FOH & BOH.
• Leads a team to success and provides mentorship; creates an enjoyable environment.
• Optimizes labor and food/beverage costs through ordering and inventory practices.
• Increases customer satisfaction while maintaining service standards.
• Grows the business through sales and marketing efforts.
• Recruits and trains future staff; ensures safety and sanitation compliance.
