Job summary

Out West Restaurant Group, the largest franchisee of Outback Steakhouse in the United States, seeks a Restaurant Manager for a California location. You will oversee daily FOH/BOH operations, enforce standards, and guide a team through our Manager in Training program to develop leadership skills.

Expect to promote guest satisfaction, manage costs and safety, and lead the team toward continued growth within the Outback family. A 47-hour work week is targeted with ample development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in a restaurant.
• Proven ability to lead large teams.
• Strong English verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily FOH/BOH operations and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Lead, mentor and develop restaurant staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Manage labor, costs and inventory to optimize profitability and safety.
