Out West Restaurant Group is seeking a Restaurant Manager for its Outback Steakhouse location in California. You will lead daily FOH and BOH operations, drive customer satisfaction, and oversee a high-performing team within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include labor and cost optimization, staff recruitment, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards while maintaining exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience (2+ years) in a restaurant.
• Demonstrated success in a leadership role.
• Must be 21 years of age and proficient in English (verbal, reading & writing).

Responsibilities

• Contributes to the success of the restaurant’s operations: FOH & BOH.
• Leads a team to success and provides mentorship; creates an enjoyable environment.
• Optimizes profits with labor and costs through proper ordering and inventory practices.
• Increases customer satisfaction while maintaining service standards.
• Continuously grows the business through sales and marketing.
