Qualifications

• 2 years of management experience.
• Capable of leading, training and developing talent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to pass background check and drug screen.
• Strong conflict-resolution and communication skills.
• Available to work all shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate the restaurant in the absence of the GM and uphold sales, quality and cleanliness standards.
• Interview and hire qualified staff per company standards.
• Schedule staff to meet guest flow and control labor costs.
• Train and develop crew, providing coaching and discipline as needed.
• Conduct team meetings and ensure safety, security and procedures.
• Maintain inventory, cash handling and compliance with policies.
