Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Scratch kitchen experience preferred.
• Minimum age 21 years.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read, understand and communicate in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow and inspire a team while delivering uncompromising hospitality.
• Lead 1-2 Front of House departments.
• Recruit, train, and schedule hourly team members.
• Coach and develop staff to ensure smooth shift execution.
• Maintain high standards of operation and guest experience.
