Cooper’s Hawk Winery in Wheeling, IL is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a high-volume, scratch kitchen, full-service restaurant with a retail market, tasting room and Wine Club program. You’ll grow and inspire a team, deliver hospitality excellence to guests, and help expand the Wine Club community.

You will oversee 1-2 Front of House Departments, hire/train staff, coach team members, and drive daily operations while upholding Cooper’s Hawk values and standards of service in a dynamic

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Scratch kitchen experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to lead and develop teams.

Responsibilities
