Job summary

Cooper’s Hawk Winery is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a high-volume, full-service operation with a scratch kitchen, retail market, tasting room, and Wine Club program.

You will grow and inspire a team, deliver exceptional hospitality, and help expand the Wine Club community while upholding Cooper’s Hawk values. Compensation includes a base range and strong bonus potential, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must represent Cooper’s Hawk values.
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a full-service restaurant; scratch kitchen experience preferred.
• Minimum age 21 years.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a passion for delivering Uncompromising Hospitality.
• Results-driven with ability to coach team to hit restaurant targets.
• Adaptability and ability to lead through change.
• Ability to read, understand and communicate in English.
• Demonstrates financial acumen.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Preferred ServSafe and state/local licensing certifications.
• Flexible shifts incl. weekends/holidays.
• Lift up to 40 lbs., stand 10 hours, 50–60 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Foster growth and mentorship of 1–2 Front of House departments.
• Lead all Management and Hourly Team Members as a model of Cooper’s Hawk values.
• Hire, train and schedule hourly Team Members with necessary tools and training.
• Coach and develop Team Members for smooth shift execution.
• Communicate clearly, listen actively, build strong cross-team relationships.
• Model accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
