You’ll grow and inspire a team, deliver hospitality, and drive engagement with guests while upholding Cooper’s Hawk standards.

The role emphasizes mentorship, accountability, and operational excellence across Front of House and Kitchen teams, managing schedules, inventory, and financial performance.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage teams across front of house and kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Management and Hourly Team Members as a role model of Cooper's Hawk values.
• Hire, train, and schedule team members and support their development.
• Coach and develop staff to ensure smooth shift execution.
