The role emphasizes safety, security, and accurate record-keeping, with opportunities to participate in community outreach and special promotions. Training is provided, with shifts varying by location.

Formación

• Must communicate effectively with all levels of team members.
• Experience supervising and training staff in a restaurant environment.
• Strong computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
• High standards of food safety and customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Recruiting and rewarding outstanding Team members.
• Ensuring safety and security protocols are followed, including food safety codes.
• Maintaining business records and analyzing them to help increase sales.
• contact prospective Guests to promote sales and events.
• Supporting local and national marketing initiatives; preparing for new marketing windows.
