Formación

• Minimum 2 years in a restaurant environment.
• Experience supervising and training staff.
• Excellent communication skills and guest focus.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Provide an excellent guest experience and ensure quality food is prepared & served.
• Keep the restaurant functional, clean and visually appealing.
• Manage inventory and money control systems to protect cash flow.
• Coordinate local marketing initiatives and community outreach.
• Recruit staff and train team members for operational excellence.
• Maintain standards of restaurant safety and security.
