Job summary

Subway is seeking a hands-on Manager to lead front-line operations, ensure excellent guest experiences, and keep the restaurant clean, safe, and well stocked. You will supervise staff, manage inventory and cash controls, and coordinate local marketing efforts.

Daily duties include recruiting and rewarding team members, maintaining records, analyzing sales, planning promotions, and ensuring compliance with safety codes.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in a restaurant environment with staff supervision and training.
• Must be an excellent communicator; computer knowledge is essential.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting and rewarding outstanding team members.
• Ensuring safety and security protocols are followed, including compliance with health codes.
• Maintaining business records and analyzing them to help increase sales.
• Identifying and contacting prospective guests to promote sales.
