Subway is seeking a Manager to lead daily operations in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will focus on guest experience, food quality, cleanliness, safety, and staff supervision. A strong emphasis on inventory control and local marketing support will be required.

The role also includes recruiting and rewarding team members, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with health codes. Training will be provided for ongoing development.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of restaurant experience with supervision and training responsibilities.

Mansioni

• Provide an excellent guest experience and maintain standards across service, food prep, and cleanliness.
• Recruit, train and supervise staff to ensure high performance and teamwork.
