Job summary

Subway is seeking a Manager to lead our team in delivering an exceptional guest experience, high-quality food, and spotless restaurant standards. You will manage inventory, safety protocols, and local marketing while recruiting and developing staff.

You will also analyze records to boost sales, contact prospective guests, support marketing initiatives, and plan events and promotions. A minimum of 2 years supervisory restaurant experience is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years in a restaurant setting with supervising and training experience.
• Excellent communication skills and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting and rewarding outstanding Team members.
• Ensuring safety and security protocols are followed; familiarity with health and food safety codes.
