Job summary

Subway is seeking capable restaurant managers to lead daily operations on-site, ensuring guest satisfaction and top-quality food preparation. The role includes supervising staff, enforcing safety protocols, managing inventory, and coordinating local marketing initiatives, while maintaining a clean and inviting restaurant environment.

Responsibilities also cover recruiting and training team members, analyzing business records to drive sales, and supporting marketing windows with event planning

Qualifications

• Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members.
• Experience supervising and training staff is required.
• Familiarity with computer-based POS and inventory/money-control systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent guest experience and ensure great food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant clean, functional, and visually appealing.
• Manage inventory and money-control processes.
• Coordinate local marketing and community outreach initiatives.
• Recruit and train staff, and maintain safety and security standards.
• Identify prospective guests and promote sales; support marketing campaigns.
• Oversee daily operations across shifts and collaborate with the team.
