Job summary

Subway is seeking a Manager to lead guest experience, ensure food is prepared and served to high standards, and keep the restaurant clean and functional. You’ll manage inventory and cash controls, coordinate local marketing, recruit staff, and uphold safety commitments.

You’ll also recruit and reward team members, enforce safety protocols, maintain business records, analyze sales data, contact prospective guests to promote sales, and plan events to align with marketing windows.

Qualifications

• Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members.
• Computer knowledge is essential.
• Experience in supervising and training staff is expected.

Responsibilities

• Providing an excellent guest experience.
