The Salema Group Dunkin’ is seeking a motivated, hands-on leader to drive guest experiences at our Dunkin’ location(s) on the New Hampshire seacoast. You will lead by example, develop your team, and take ownership of results—from guest satisfaction to restaurant performance.

We offer a fast-paced environment, a strong leadership pipeline, and opportunities to manage labor, food cost, and operating expenses while supporting our 28 Dunkin’ locations in NH and Maine.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of food service management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to train and develop a team and manage performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead guest experience with a guest-first culture focused on speed, accuracy, and friendliness.
• Develop and lead the team; provide coaching, feedback, and accountability.
• Drive daily operations, scheduling, payroll, inventory, and compliance.
• Control labor, food costs, and operating expenses; analyze sales trends and drive growth.
