The Salema Group is seeking a proactive Dunkin’ store leader to drive guest experiences, payroll, and daily operations in a fast-paced setting on the Maine seacoast. You will coach your team, enforce brand standards, and maintain a safe, high-energy environment that guests remember.

We value strong communication, reliable leadership, and a passion for developing people. This role requires 40–50 hours weekly, 5–6 days, with weekend/holiday coverage and a focus on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of food service management experience required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for customer satisfaction and team development.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability.
• ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Guest Experience with a guest-first culture focused on speed and friendliness.
• Drive operations to maintain safety, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Own the business by managing labor, costs, and KPIs; lead by example on the floor.
