The Salema Group Dunkin’ is seeking a motivated, hands-on leader to manage daily operations, develop a strong team, and deliver an exceptional guest experience at a Dunkin’ location on the New Hampshire seacoast. You will set expectations, coach staff, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include overseeing scheduling, payroll, inventory, and compliance while controlling labor and food costs and analyzing sales trends to grow the business.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of food service management experience required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
